Ensure your hair extensions are in their original packaging with the gold security seal intact and have not been worn or tampered with.
Request a Return
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in the original box and attach the provided return label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-10 business days.
